01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "treasureph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the treasureph online gaming platform, accessible at treasureph.app, and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the treasureph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the treasureph platform.
• "Platform" means the treasureph website, mobile application, and all associated services and features.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the treasureph platform, including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and sports betting.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by treasureph, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the treasureph platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the treasureph platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

treasureph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the treasureph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of treasureph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or treasureph;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

treasureph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at treasureph's discretion.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on treasureph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active treasureph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, treasureph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. treasureph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, treasureph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the treasureph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.

5.3 Accepted Payment Methods

treasureph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at treasureph's discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes once approved. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the treasureph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. treasureph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by treasureph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

treasureph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

treasureph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided the player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the treasureph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on treasureph's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. treasureph's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at treasureph's discretion. Winnings resulting from software errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors are not valid and will not be paid. treasureph will notify affected players and return any stakes wagered on such rounds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the treasureph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing treasureph staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

09 Responsible Gaming

treasureph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting our support team;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net gaming activity.

treasureph will never knowingly allow a self-excluded player to access the platform. If you have self-excluded and believe you have been able to access your account, please contact our support team immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the treasureph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of treasureph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the treasureph platform without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, treasureph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

treasureph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

treasureph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

treasureph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

treasureph will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with trusted service providers who assist in platform operations under strict data processing agreements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

treasureph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the treasureph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact treasureph's support team to seek an amicable resolution. treasureph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
