Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our 24/7 support team at [email protected] to unlock your account manually. You'll need to verify your identity before the account is unlocked.

Yes. treasureph supports SMS-based two-factor authentication. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA from your Account Security settings. With 2FA active, every login requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number — adding a critical extra layer of protection to your account and funds.
Deposits

treasureph accepts a wide range of Philippine payment methods:

The minimum deposit on treasureph is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though large deposits may trigger additional AML verification checks.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly — usually within seconds of completing the transaction. Bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours. Withdrawals

Log in to your treasureph account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process payouts.
